INTRODUCTION:
1. I, Abe Zeinali (d/b/a Xuveki), own the fonts delivered with this license. Below, these are called Òthe fonts.Ó The person or entity who bought this license is the Òlicense buyer.Ó The humans designated by the license buyer to use the fonts are the Òlicensed users.Ó
2. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. It takes effect when the fonts are delivered to the license buyer. I reserve all rights not granted below.
WHO CAN BE A LICENSE BUYER OR USER:
3. Licensed users can be employees or human contractors of the license buyer. If the license buyer is human, the license buyer themselves can be a licensed user, as can immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the license buyer. OthersÑcousins, classmates, corporate entities, internet randosÑcannot be designated as licensed users.
HOW YOUÕRE ALLOWED TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE MY FONTS:
4. Within the limitations that follow below, you can:
a. Install the fonts on any computing devices dedicated exclusively to you, up to 10 users. An account on a multi-user server qualifies as a computing device.
b. Use the fonts in any way you like, including printed documents.
c. You may create backups of the font.
d. Use the fonts on up to three websites. A website is defined as a single top level domain (example.com), and includes subdomains (store.example.com) and local development (such as localhost). If you need more domains, get in touch.
e. Use the fonts in applications as stated in the order. An application is defined as a compiled executable binary, often referred to as ÔsoftwareÕ. This includes Apple iOS apps, Apple OS X applications, Microsoft Windows programs and Google Android apps.
f. Use the fonts in e-books. An e-book is defined as an ePub-formatted collection of HTML, CSS and image files, or as a PDF (Portable Document Format).
5. You canÕt distribute copies of the fonts to unlicensed users, but you can embed the fonts as follows:
a. You can embed read-only versions of the fonts in digital files you create, including PDFs, e-books (ePub), software applications and websites (as separately packaged webfonts). ÒRead-onlyÓ means that those who use your digital files can neither install the fonts nor use them to make new documents.
