| 许可证描述： | Evertype Font Licence Agreement By using or installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1: Licence Grant Number of Users: In consideration for the licence fee paid, Evertype grants to you only, the Licencee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display the Evertype Font product purchased through this service. If you are using this product for your work, this agreement applies to your employer. Evertype Font software or image collections may be used on one CPU, and one CPU only, at your site connected to any number of printers or other image producing devices at that same site. Third Parties: You may send a copy of any font or image for which you hold a licence along with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to erase those fonts or images from their storage media and accepts liability for any misuse or appropriation of the font or image. You may also “embed” TrueType format fonts within your documents for the viewing, editing, and printing of those documents. Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Evertype Font product without prior written consent from Evertype. Backups: You may make one (1) copy of this Evertype Font product solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced in their entirety on the backup copy. Online Use of Images: Images included in this package may not be used in website design where unsecure access and transfer of images is possible. Lower resolution versions of images may be used in such a design if they are at a resolution of a total pixel size no greater than one-fifth the dimensions of the original image. Rights Reservation: All contents of this package are Copyright 1993-2007 by Michael Everson. Evertype reserves all rights not specifically granted to Licencee. 2: Copyright This Evertype Font product and the accompanying materials are copyrighted, and contain proprietary information and trade secrets of Evertype. Unauthorized copying of the product even if modified, merged, or included with other software, or of the written materials, is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of Evertype intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement. 3: Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Evertype if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the Evertype Font product, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any. 4: Upgrades Evertype periodically updates many Evertype Font products. As a licenced user you are entitled to upgrades at a discounted upgrade price. 5. Limited Warranty Evertype warrants the Evertype Font Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery as shown on your invoice. Evertype’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to a defective product shall be, at Evertype’s option, either return of purchase price or replacement of any such product that is returned to Evertype with a copy of the invoice. Evertype shall have no responsibility to replace the product or refund the purchase price if failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication, or if any product is lost or damaged due to theft, fire, or negligence. Any replacement product will be warranted for thirty (30) days. In all other ways this product is provided “as is”. Evertype does not make any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Evertype does not warrant that the functions contained in the Evertype Font Product will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Evertype or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this licence between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland.
